FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Following are answers to some common questions. If you haven't found the answer you're looking for, contact us - we would be happy to explain in greater detail.
A: There is no cost for the initial meeting
Q: Do only people in financial crisis benefit from The Paladin Program?
A: The Paladin Program is designed for everyone. Our clients range from individuals in their twenties to couples in their seventies and from the well-to-do to the debt-ridden. The Paladin Program is flexible and allows you to make the best decisions in every aspect of your life - on Real Estate, Mortgages, Insurance, Investments, Tax Planning, Home Improvements, Financial Coaching / Mentoring and much more.
Q: Does it take a lot of time?
A: The initial Paladin mentoring session, which includes a Life Audit and creation of a Blueprint for Financial Success, takes as little as two hours. Some people are confident enough to do without one-on-one meetings after the first few, but most prefer the regular structure, discipline and goal setting of regular monthly meetings for six to twelve months.
It has taken a lifetime of bad financial habits to get you where you are today. BE PATIENT! Your finances will not turn around over night, but you will start to feel the positive effects right away!
Q: What sort of success have you seen?
A: In the past 10 years we have helped hundreds of families and individuals identify and achieve their financial and life goals. All Paladin participants had greatly improved their financial habits and circumstances by the time they completed the Program.
Q: What if I don't like the Program? Can I get my money back?
A: At our first meeting we conduct a Life Audit and begin the creation of a Blueprint for Financial Success. Before you move on to your second meeting, we ask for your financial commitment to the Program. After that point, fees are non-refundable.
Q: You mentioned "discipline". Will it be hard?
A: The real secret of The Paladin Program is that we ask tough questions, set realistic financial and life goals and give you the tools to achieve them. Think of it as financial boot camp. Sticking to your goals might be tough but the results speak for themselves.
Q: Who can I expect as a Mentor and what are their qualifications?
A: Trinity Financial Mentors come from the world of finance and the world of business. They all have one thing in common: a deep understanding of personal and business finances that comes not just from formal education, but also from doing.
All Mentors have been handpicked by Forge D'Urzo, a highly experienced financial mentor and founder of The Paladin Program. Forge has been helping people with credit and finance issues for four decades. It was only in the last ten years that he formalized it as The Paladin Program.
All Mentors have also achieved personal financial success and follow the tenets of The Paladin Program themselves. Find out more about our Mentors.
Q: Can I bring my partner and if so does it cost more?
A: We insist that you bring your partner! In fact we won't enroll anyone into The Paladin Program without their significant other. If your lives are intertwined then you both need to acquire the same wisdom and learn to make good decisions together. And no, it won't cost a penny more.
Q: I live far from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Do I have to attend mentoring sessions in person?
A: It is advised that you attend the first three sessions in person. After that, you and your Coach will determine how best to proceed.
