Budgeting Their Way to Wealth

In their early 50s, our clients wanted to move into a newer home and increase their monthly income. They also wanted to become debt-free and to put more money aside for retirement. They had no high interest credit card debt, but their budgeting was poor and debts were mounting. After starting them on the Paladin Program, we counseled Robert and Wendy to take some equity out of their home in the form of a mortgage. They then put their house on the market in order to buy the home that in which they wanted to live in for the balance of their lives. Robert and Wendy have been a part of the Paladin Program for two years.
