A fourth year electrician apprentice in his mid-20s, Chris just recently joined the Paladin Program. He wants to buy a house and get married. He also needs to balance out his income and expenses, since he got into a bit of trouble with credit card debt. We have helped Chris to budget and to structure a first and second mortgage for his new house. The mortgages have allowed him to pay off his high-interest credit card debt and put a little money aside for his wedding. Chris' focus over the coming years is to pay down his mortgages while following the Paladin budgeting program.
